The ORCO TELCO Golf Association of Southern California was established in 1961.  Our Association sponsors the tradition of golf as a gentleman’s game, and attempts to guide all its affairs accordingly. The purpose of the organization is to encourage and promote, through a common interest in the game of golf, good fellowship among the members of the Association. We shall promote ideals of fair play and good sportsmanship, and encourage knowledge of, and adherence to, the rules and etiquette of golf as an integral part of our effort.
